Sophie Enterprises — Refund & Return Policy Every piece I create is a one-of-a-kind, handmade work of art. I pour my heart into each item, and I want you to absolutely love what you receive. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns A return may be issued if you are willing to pay to ship the item back to me. Upon delivery back to me, you will be issued store credit only. I am not able to give cash or credit refunds at this time. 

Damage If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. I will work with you to make it right, and will likely issue you store credit. 

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I'll get the correct piece to you as quickly as possible.
